    Applications

    CREAMART 20% is specially created for cooking and can be used as a base for different sauces and dressings with variety of flavors. CREAMART 33% is suitable for whipping and preparing hot meals (soups, sauces, main dishes).

    Advantages

    Lower cost in comparison with milk creams. Easy and quick whipping, increasing in volume by 3-4 times. High acid-resistant, do not roll up, can be used in hot and sour sauces, combined with alcohol. Clear outline, hold their shape well in creams, a homogeneous and smooth structure when used in sauces and soups. CREAMART dishes last longer than milk cream dishes. Suitable for freezing finished products.

    Characteristics

    CREAMART creams have white to light color, no foreign taste and odor. CREAMART 20% is an indispensable and ultra-pasteurized vegetable cream for cooking. The cream is free of sugar and flavors. CREAMART 33% is a combination product specially designed for professional use. Consists of vegetable (25%) and natural milk (8%) fat, combining excellent creamy taste with functionality and ease of use. Cream solidifies quickly, does not evaporate and tastes identical to natural milk cream.
