    Applications

    Dairy foods, UHT milk, cultured yogurts, desserts, recombined sweetened and evaporated milk, dry mixes, bakery, confectionery, meat products.

    Good nutritional value, soluble ingredient, emulsifying capacity, smooth mouthfeel, natural milky taste and odor.

    Characteristics

    Bright creamy/white colored powder, neutral taste and smell - typical for pasteurized milk. Product has been manufactured from the cow milk that has been pasteurized for at least 15 seconds at 72°C or subjected to a similar treatment. The fat percentage is max 1.5%. The product is free from GMOs, antibiotics and inhibitory substances, and contains no additives or neutralizers.

    Packaging and loading

    The standard packaging is 25 kg multilayer paper bag with a polyethylene liner. Packages are provided on FIN pallets.
