    Sweet whey powder (SWP) is obtained by drying fresh whey (derived during the manufacturing of cheeses such as Cheddar and Swiss) that has been pasteurized. With the exception of moisture, it contains all of the constituents of fresh whey in the same relative proportions.

    Bakery products, process cheese products, frozen desserts, sauces, meat emulsions, confectionery, soups, ice cream, pasta sauces.

    Advantages

    Good emulsification and browning properties, economical substitute of milk solids.

    Characteristics

    Homogeneous and well pulverized powder, white to yellowish color, typical milk taste and smell without foreign odor, light lumps easy scatter possible, mechanical dross inadmissible. The product is free of GMO-s, antibiotics and inhibitory substances and contains no additives or neutralizers.

    Packaging and loading

    The standard packaging is 25 kg multilayer paper bag with a polyethylene liner. Packages are provided on FIN pallets.
