    Advantages

    The composition of the product allows it to substitute for full cream milk powder or fresh milk to produce yogurt. Easy and economical solution for making delicious yogurt. Makes easier to manage production – no need to administer different products – there is only one blend you need to produce yogurt. Only water, leaven and flavor needs to be added to produce yogurt. Depending on production machinery, approximately 8-10 liters of yogurt can be produced from 1 kg of powder.

    Characteristics

    Yogurt type powder is fat filled powder blend for industrial use. The powder is creamy colored product with neutral taste and smell. Main ingredients are skimmed milk powder and vegetable fat. The product does not contain additives or neutralizers and is free from antibiotics and inhibitory substances.

    Packaging and loading

    The standard packaging is 25 kg multilayer paper bag with a polyethylene liner. Packages are provided on FIN pallets.
